Melanie is the head of the language division at Wisma Jerman. Previously, she worked as a program manager at a university in Frankfurt. Besides studying in Germany, she also studied at Universitas Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta and did an internship in Surabaya. What she likes most about Wisma Jerman is the support among colleagues and the cheerful work atmosphere. The opportunity to get in touch with many people also enriches her work. In her free time, Melanie enjoys playing badminton, discovering new places in Indonesia and horseback riding. But since she doesn’t have a horse in Surabaya, she has to pause this hobby. Melanie believes in the Law of Attraction and therefore one of her favorite quotes is: “Choose your thoughts wisely for they are the energy that create your life.”
