Han currently heads the Language Department at Wisma Jerman. She acquired her expertise in teaching and training methodology at different Goethe-Institutes around Southeast Asia in the last 15 years. Among her current pursuits is her Master’s degree in International Education Management at the PH Ludwigsburg, where she started to specialize in sustainable labour migration.

Han does not have a life motto, but instead a life mission, and that is to dissolve the ego, which she does by doing yoga and meditating. She also gives yin yoga and sound healing sessions in small groups in her free time.
