Pick up:

Certificates can be collected the earliest one working day after the announcement of the results. The collection has to be done in person (with a valid ID) with appointment during office hours (Monday – Friday 9.00 -17.00). Please refer to zertifikat@wisma-jerman.or.id or send us a Whatsapp message to +62 877 0311 3511.

Third party pick up

If a family member or a third party wants to collect the certificate, a letter of attorney stamped and signed by the examinee, a copy of the examinee’s ID, a copy of the family member’s/third party’s ID and a valid ID of the family member/third party is required.

Shipment:

If you would like to get your certificate (and copies) shipped, send us an E-Mail (zertifikat@wisma-jerman.or.id) with your complete address and please attach the transaction receipt. The prices for the shipment to your location can be found below. It can only be shipped to complete and valid addresses. Wisma Jerman shall not be liable for any loss or damage during the transportation. The transportation takes around 3-5 days.

Legalized Copy

If you need a legalized copy of your certificate, please let us know before picking up your certificate. Send us an e-mail to zertifikat@wisma-jerman.or.id or call us to let us know the number of copies you request. The price per legalized copy is 70.000 IDR.

Exam Review

Exam participants may request to review their exam after the results have been published. Please send an e-mail with a request to zertifikat@wisma-jerman.or.id The application of minors with limited legal capacity requires the consent of their parent or guardian. The exam review must be carried out in the presence of the parent or guardian.

Loss of certificate

If you have lost your certificate, no duplicate will be issued. If the exam has been taken within the last ten years, the testing location where you took the exam will issue a substitute document for a small fee.
