German Swiss Higher Education Fair (GSHEF) 2019

Wisma Jerman held an educational exhibition, the seventh German Swiss Higher Education Fair (GSHEF) on September 29, 2019 at its premises. This event aims to disseminate information about Germany and Switzerland to the citizens of East Java, especially Surabaya who are interested in continuing their education in Germany and Switzerland. This year Wisma Jerman cooperated with several educational institutions including: Yayasan Indonesia Jerman & Studienkolleg Indonesia, World University Service Komitee Indonesia (WUSKI), Swiss Education Expert (SEE), IALF, Freshman Institute, and DAAD. Each of those institutions  had its own information booth and received questions from visitors.

During the exhibition, the representatives from the institutions took turns in discussing several themes. Some things discussed in the presentation session were mostly regarding studying and living in Germany and Switzerland, language courses, scholarship programs, study preparation, and many more. The topics presented raised the interest of the visitors, as evidenced by the many questions asked to the speakers.

The event was further enhanced by Delish Boulevard which provided the representatives of the participating organizations with a delicious selection of food & snacks. Rosco Radio and She Radio 99.6 FM supported the promotion of the event as media partners.
