If you had an experience that did not meet your expectations, you can submit a complaint through this form below. We take every complaint seriously and aim to respond in a timely and constructive manner.
What Happens During the Complaint Procedure
All complaints will be checked whether they are justified in terms of facts and content before they are investigated objectively and adequately. Potential risks, problems or conflicts of interests are identified. We aim to avoid conflicts of interests through the involvement a confidential advisor.
The investigation of a complaint involves the following measures:

Analysis of the background and causes of every single complaint

Consideration of whether and how these causes could affect other persons, processes or the perception of Wisma Jerman

Elimination of the causes, insofar as this appears reasonable and possible.
Information about all complaints received, their processing, the measures taken as well as the final decisions shall be documented and recorded in writing.

All information you provide will be treated confidentially. If you prefer, you may submit your feedback anonymously.
